Experienced Game Planner/Designer
JOB DESCRIPTION
TECMO KOEI CANADA Inc. is seeking Experienced Game Planners/Designers to join our development team at our office in downtown Toronto on a contract basis, with the opportunity for contract extension or permanent full-time employment. As an Experienced Game Planner/Designer, you will help lead our Junior Designers in developing , specifying, and verifying game and tool requirements. In addition to your previous game design experiences, you must also possess leadership skills, as you will also be contributing heavily to our process improvement.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Game design specification documentation
- Game design evaluation
- Instruction of game design and specification documents development
- Assist the director in production tasks
- Quality control of data
- Task coordination
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent understanding of gameplay mechanics and balancing.
- Strong Team leadership/coordination skills.
- Highly proficient at Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible and open to different challenges.
- Valid Canadian work status
